the public funded social housing scheme is a conversion from an old disused hospital dated around the turn of the 20th century in liebenwalde near berlin. the practice sibylle reuter created 16 new residential units with french windows, new dormer windows, balconies and a veranda to bring in daylight, increasing living qualities and enhancing the charm of the old.
